Home Education groups can benefit from our school rates, which are available during term time, Monday to Friday only.
While Home Education groups do not qualify for our complimentary teacher ratio, guests who require assistance may be eligible for a complimentary carer ticket. Relevant supporting documentation will need to be presented on the day of your visit.
Home Education groups will need to make their booking using our booking form, which can be found here. Once submitted, our Schools and Groups Team will reserve your booking.
At least 14 days prior to your visit date, you will be asked to confirm your booking using the form located at the bottom of your confirmation email. Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link. Following receipt of payment, your tickets and booking invoice will be issued and sent to you.
