The default option when purchasing tickets is to receive them as an E-ticket/print at home. This option means that you can use the tickets on your phone to enter the aquarium by scanning these upon entry at their designated time slots. By clicking ‘Collect in Attraction’ you may have to queue for up to 1 hour in peak times to collect your pre-booked tickets. We therefore strongly recommend that guests use the ‘E-Ticket’ to save time.
